Telangana to get Singapore Prime Minister growth lessons

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao plans to send elected representatives from Telangana to Singapore after the upcoming Budget Session to study its success story. The Chief Minister has informed Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong of his plan, requested him to give tips to the visiting delegations.
“It was a great experience visiting Singapore. I learnt a lot from the trip. I will send MPs, MLAs, MLCs and zilla parishad chairpersons to Singapore to study its unprecedented growth in a short span. I have requested the Singapore Prime Minister himself to interact with visiting Telangana delegations and share the success stories,” Mr Rao said.
The Chief Minister, who returned to the city after a five-day trip to Singapore and Malaysia, said the government representatives, industrialists, entrepreneurs were impressed with the Telangana government’s initiative to create a new environment in the new state.
