Round 6: Xiaomi Mi3 - 20,000 pieces in 2.4 seconds

Mumbai: The sixth flash sale of the Xiaomi Mi3 on August 26, ended in 2.4 seconds, emptying out another 20,000 handsets from its inventory. Being sold out in the last three flash sales in under 5 seconds, the 26 August flash sale wasn’t a surprise.

Xiaomi sold out the first batch of handsets in under 40 minutes and the next four batches witnessed sales in less than 5 seconds.

The details regarding the next flash sale for Mi3 have not been revealed, but the registration for Xiaomi’s Redmi 1S will begin on August 26 at 6PM, with sales starting on September 2, 2014.
