Watch: Yo Yo Honey Singh and Sonakshi Sinha's great escape in 'Desi Kalakaar'

Mumbai: After a not-so-impressive ‘Aata Maji Satakli’,Yo Yo Honey Singh comes out with ‘Desi Kalakaar’. The rapper/singer chose a very clichéd theme to present the song in his music video.

Sonakshi Sinha plays the singer’s love interest in the video, and like always this love story has a villain, and it’s Sonakshi’s protective father played by Gulshan Grover. Honey Singh has a very unoriginal plan to run away with the love of his life but then ultimately gets caught by the police and the father. Doesn’t that remind you of something? (Maybe a mash-up of Maroon 5’s 'Payphone' video and Justin Bieber’s ‘As Long As You Love Me’ video)

The songs starts of decently and then is followed by perhaps the world’s ‘worst’ rap verse yet, where Honey Singh actually raps instructions to Sonakshi on how to pack for their great escape! They are running away for crying out loud! Just take the essentials.
