More rain likely in Telengana State, Andhra Pradesh

Low pressure area over Arabian Sea and adjoining coastal areas has become less marked

Visakhapatnam: The low pressure area that lay over East Central Arabian Sea and adjoining coastal areas of Karnataka-Maharashtra has become less marked.  The IMD predicted that heavy rain was likely to occur at one or two places in West  Godavari, Krishna and Guntur of coastal Andhra Pradesh and also  Warangal, Khammam, Kar-imnagar, Hyderabad, and Rangareddy of Telangana.
 
Rain occurred at many places over Rayalaseema and at isolated places  over coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Kurnool, Kadapa, West  Godavari, Prakasam in Andhra Pradesh and Mahbubnagar, Adilabad,  Medak, Rangareddy and Warangal received rainfall in the last 24 hours.
