Other than feeling a little blue, Aamir wore a blue checked shirt, jeans and completed his look with grey shoes.
He also felt that it was his duty as an actor to use the media to bring out certain social evils and talk about the fact that it is prevalent in the society.
The actor reportedly told the makers of 'Satyamev Jayate' that he would be happy to receive whatever they payed him for hosting the show.
Though he dodged the topics to be addressed this season, he did admit that several celebrities will be a part of the show, not for promotional activities but because they have a connection to the issues.
He also said that he understood why it received an 'A' certification, but at the same time he felt it was essential for children to learn about human trafficking.
Aamir also touched upon 'Mardaani' during the interview, saying that he felt children and teenagers need to 'learn' about such things.
Aamir joked that post the TV series, people do not take him seriously as an actor. He even admitted that while shooting for 'PK' people from the media often forgot about the movie and only questioned him about 'Satyamev Jayate'.
Questions about his nude 'PK' poster seemed to have lightened up the mood a bit.
Many of the stories shared on the hit TV show has almost always brought tears to peoples eyes. The actor has cried many times before on the show, but to cry at the event only goes to say that we'll have to sit with a tissue box when the show airs.
The actor even reportedly broke down a couple of time during the launch, when he recalled certain instances from the show.
It was revealed during the conference that post the 90 minute episode, there will be an hour of live interaction with Aamir on the episode's topic.
At the launch in Mumbai, the actor engaged in a one on one with his audience and media personal.
Aamir made his television debut with 'Satyamev Jayate', a show that brings to light various social issues that plague the Indian society.
After the overwhelmingly positive response, the 'PK' actor had made a few changes in the show to help promote discussion among his audience.
