Mumbai: While several brands seem to launch their respective improved 4K televisions, LG has moved ahead and launched its unique 8K TV at IFA 2014.
The new 8K TV features a 98-inch (7680 x 4320 pixel) display and is16 times the resolution of a full HD version. LG’s new 8K TV will not be curved, but instead it sports a 120Hz LCD panel, which may go on sale by mid-2015.
