Hyderabad: Film actor Srinvasa Reddy, who played a key role in the recently-released film, Geetanjali,  said that he would have been working as a cameraman, assistant director or light boy in the industry if he hadn’t become an actor.

The comedian  spent three hours interacting  with   students of Khammam Study Circle, where he completed his commerce degree. He answered fun questions such as: Who is your favourite heroine? Who inspired you to choose a career in films?  How have people responded  to Geetanjali? He said that he thought of joining the industry while he was studying in the same  college. “I used to  mimic  Brahmanandam’s dialogues  in Aha Naa Peellanta at  college functions and received a  good response from the audience.”

He advised  the students to fulfil their dreams only  after completing their  studies. “Education can be useful any time in your life,” he added. He recalled his college days and his friends on the occasion. He praised the college Principal G. Narasimha Rao, for instilling confidence among students.
