Hyderabad: Computerisation of the data collected from across Telangana state, as part of the Intensive Household Survey on August 19, will be completed in all the districts, except Hyderabad, by September 10.

Hyderabad is lagging behind other districts in the data-entry work because of the delay in finalising the agencies. Officials expect to finish the task in Hyderabad by September 20.

After computerisation, the state is planning to conduct random verification of households by special teams to cross-check if the details furnished in the survey were correct or not.

After necessary corrections, the final data-base would be handed over to the state government, which will utilise it for various purposes like identifying genuine beneficiaries for welfare schemes. The final data would be disbursed to all the heads of departments in the government, district collectors, RDOs, MROs and VROs.

All the certificates to be issued by the state henceforth, including income, caste, residence, would be based on the household survey data. Officials will verify the details submitted by applicants  with that of the survey data for issuing of the cards.
