Zindagi channel attracting some unwanted attention

Mumbai: The popularity of Zindagi channel seems to have attracted some unwanted attention. Priyanka Datta, business head of Zindagi, issued a statement recently saying,

“There have been reports of a group in Agra demanding money to cast people as actors in shows of Zindagi. We at Zindagi have not authorised anyone to collect fees for any purpose. We request our viewers not to pay money to anyone who promises anything on behalf of Zindagi. Authorities should also take strict action against such miscreants who dupe innocent people.”
