Salman Khan to shoot in Kashmir for Bajrangi Bhaijaan
Director Kabir Khan will head to the Valley in a few months to shoot the film
Mumbai: The floods in Kashmir have resulted in thousands of people losing their homes and livelihood.
However, as the situation slowly changes for the better, Bollywood is also gearing up to resume the shoots of films that were planned in the Valley.
Among these filmmakers is Kabir Khan, who has planned one of the schedules for his Salman Khan-starrer, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, in Kashmir.
A source told us, “Last year, Kabir travelled to the Valley and explored different locations. In fact, he also frequents a getaway in the mountains in Ramgarh, which has a beautiful view of Nanda Devi Range.
He has already discussed it with Salman and got a nod from him.”
Salman is committed to shoot for Bigg Boss over the weekends for the next three months.
However, he has also allotted bulk dates to Kabir starting from November.
Our source added, “Kabir will shoot the film in Mumbai, Rajasthan and Kashmir. The floods have caused a lot of damage in Kashmir and he will ensure everything is well planned before he leaves with his cast and crew to shoot in the valley.”
Currently, Kabir is filming Phantom with Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif. He previously worked on Ek Tha Tiger.
