ZTE to launch new 5.7-incher Android with 2-day battery

ZTE has unveiled the HD phablet and boasts of a 3400 mAh battery

ZTE, a smartphone maker, has unveiled a phablet which boasts of a battery that can last you for more than two days.

ZTE ZMAX is an Android smartphone with a 5.7-inch HD display and a Gorilla Glass 3. The ZMAX will sport an MSM8926 chipset with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM with 16GB of internal storage. The Android smartphone will feature an 8MP rear camera and a 1.6MP front-facing camera. Connectivity features include 3G, LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth. Lastly, ZTE has filled the smartphone with a surprisingly large 3400 mAh battery that is said to last for long with a talk time of up to 14 hours and a standby time of up to 15 days. The ZTE ZMAX will feature the latest Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.

Sadly, the smartphone is not yet known to be sold in India as yet, unless ZTE decides to launch it here. The phone presently is available on US career T-Mobile.
