Bathukamma will help in welfare: MP
Telangana people could achieve separate statehood only due to the blessings of goddess Bathukamma

Adilabad: Minister for forest and environment Jogu Ramanna, TRS MPs and MLAs took part in Bathukamma celebrations held at the Hindi High School in Mancherial town on Sunday. The programme was held, as part of the official celebration of Bathukamma. Nizamabad MP K. Kavitha arranged the flowers and made Bathukamma at Peddapalli MP Balka Suman’s house in Mancherial.
MLAs Durgam Chinnaiah, Nallala Odelu and Diwakar Rao and TRS Adilabad (east) district president Puranam Satish, Mancherial municipal chairperson M.Vasundhara also took part in the celebrations. Nizamabad MP Kavit-ha and family members of Adilabad MLAs played Bathukamma.
Minister Ramanna said the state government was organising Bathukamma festival officially in the separate Telangana to make the country know of Telangana tradition. Nizamabad MP K. Kavitha said Telangana people could achieve separate statehood only due to the blessings of goddess Bathukamma. From now onwards, the goddess will help in the development of the state.
