London: British inventor Charlie Francis has created world's first "levitating cocktail" which uses supersonic sound waves to make it fly.

The world's first "levitating cocktail" machine released has tiny droplets of potent alcohol that are suspended in mid-air by powerful supersonic sound waves, which create a levitating field, the Mirror reported.

The real-life Willie Wonka's firm specializes in making wacky desserts and believes that these floating beads of alcohol are so strong that it would take just four droplets to get drunk.

Francis experimental company shot to fame by making glow-in-the-dark ice cream.
