Shah Rukh is gearing up for his movie, 'Happy New Year', touted to be the biggest Diwali release.
Before the award, he had a guided tour to areas where not many are allowed, he posted, "And breaking some rules with dignity. Thank u so much Keith."
He also tweeted, "Tnx Mr. Speaker Rt. Hon. John Bercow & my friend Mr. Keith Vaz for a wonderful ceremony for theGlobal Diversity Award"
SRK received the award for his work in cinema ahead of his Slam The Tour concert at The O2 Arena.

The Award was presented by the British Parliament by the 136th Leader of the office of Speaker Rt on John Bercow MP. Rt Hon Keith Vaz MP, Chair of the Home Affairs committee conducted the grand ceremony.
