BJP brings in star campaigner, Modi to hold 23 rallies in 10 days in Maharashtra

Modi will hold rallies in Sangli, Kolhapur, Nashik and Gondia today

Mumbai: Ahead of state elections in Haryana and Maharashtra, BJP is making sure that a situation like the recently concluded bypolls does not arrive.

BJP star campaigner, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is expected to hold a total of 23 rallies in Maharashtra in a span of 10 days.

Modi kick started campaigning for BJP in Haryana with the first rally in Karnal on Saturday morning.

BJP seems to be particularly stressing a lot more in Maharashtra following a break up of the 25-year-old alliance of the Shiv Sena and BJP.

Modi started Maharashtra campaign with his first speech in Beed on Saturday afternoon, second and Aurangabad in then in Mumbai. This was his first speech in the state after the split of its alliance parties.

On Sunday, the Prime Minister is expected to speak at Sangli, Kolhapur, Nashik and Gondia, covering practically the entire stretch of Maharshtra.

As Modi said in his speech at Madison Square Garden in the United States, he has not “taken a break of even 15 minutes” since he became the Prime Minister.
