Meanwhile, West Indian cricketers Dwayne Bravo and Andre Russell landed into ‘confusion’ at the Cochin international airport on Sunday as they got into a wrong car parked outside the airport for proceeding to their hotel room.
The melee was caused due to the reception accorded to hockey hero P R Sreejesh at the same time at the airport which made the arrival area a beehive of activity.
When the duo understood the mistake, they got out and then waited for their car.
Meanwhile another vehicle arrived there which was part of the reception band.
They got into this vehicle again.
A few minutes later it was understood that this vehicle was not meant to take them.
But still the authorities decided to take them in that vehicle itself to avoid further inconvenience to the duo.
South Zone Additional Director General of Police K. Padmakumar said that the police would probe whether there was any security breach.
