Heavy rains likely to lash Telangana State
The data showed the coldest cloud top temperatures

Hyderabad: The possibility of heavy rainfall is quite high in Telangana, since Nasa has also said the cloud temperatures at the top of the cyclone were as cold as -53ºC with a potential for heavy rainfall.
“The data showed the coldest cloud top temperatures were in thunderstorms circling a developing eye. Cloud top temperatures were as cold as -63F/-53ºC, which have the potential for heavy rainfall,” Nasa said.
The United States Navy and Air Force run Joint Typhoon Warning Centre predicted that the cyclone would continue to intensify prior to landfall and with a maximum wind speed of 213 kmph.
The JWTC has also predicted that after landfall, Cyclone Hudhud would reorient itself to move towards North India.
