Brad Pitt talks about fatherhood
The actor opens up about being a parent to his and wife Angelina Jolie's six children.
Los Angeles: He may be one of the top Hollywood stars but Brad Pitt is more proud of his achievements as a parent to his six children with wife Angelina Jolie. The 50-year-old star opened up about his family life and the freedom that he lost by becoming an actor in an interview to Details magazine.
"I've discovered I don't suck at being a dad," he said. The actor says he tries to get some time away from cameras that follow him 24x7 by taking a ride on his bike or travelling unrecognised in foreign countries. "My soul was stolen by the camera so long ago, I don't have to think about it anymore. One definition of freedom is the ability to follow your bliss without being watched, recorded, scrutinised.
"I try to carve out time for a solo ride in every country I travel to, from the Highlands of Scotland to the Atlas Mountains of Morocco to the belly of India," says Pitt, who stars in upcoming World War II-set ‘Fury’.
