Mizoram girl found dead in Delhi flat

New Delhi: A 24-year-old girl from Mizoram was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a house in south Delhi's Munirka area on Thursday night.

The girl was taken to Safdarjung Hospital with serious head injuries where she was declared brought dead, police said on Friday.

"She was living with a man identified as Virender Singh since the last few months. His role is being ascertained," said a senior police official.

Police have registered a case at Vasant Vihar Police Station and further investigations are on.
