Speaker: AP will lose ‘power game’

Accuses CM Chandrababu Naidu of not giving Telangana its share of power

Khammam: Accusing AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu of playing a “power game” by not giving Telangana its share of power, TS Legislative Assembly Speaker S. Madhusudanachari on Sunday said that attempts by Mr Naidu to defame the TRS government will fail since it was working on various projects keeping the future in mind. Mr Madhusudanachari said that all the problems being faced by Telangana state will be sorted out soon. 
 
The Speaker participated various programmes in Yellandu constituency in the district on Sunday. He asked the TD leaders to first ask Mr Naidu not to stop the 54 per cent share of power to Telangana and also give due share from other projects if they want Telangana’s development. Stating that the government was committed to develop the state on all fronts, he said that he will try to get a special package for development of Khammam. 
 
Mr Madhusudanachari said that he has long association with Khammam district and he is working for development of tribal areas in the district.  The Speaker inaugurated an ITDA school hostel at Rompedu, seeds godown and Singareni High School in Yellandu.
