Salman Khan's dad has the final say for scripts that the actor will work in
The actor has asked Sooraj Barjatya to forward the remaining ascreenplay to his father
Mumbai: Salman Khan who has been enjoying a successful run in Bollywood is doing what he can to ensure that it remains that way. The who’s who of the industry we believe, are eyeing Salman’s dates. But the actor is making it clear that only the finest scripts will make their way to him and helping him, is his father. The actor who is currently shooting for Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, has asked the director to forward the remaining scenes and part of the screenplay to his father and veteran writer Salim Khan. We also hear that even Kabir Khan has been asked to send his script of Bajrangi Bhaijaan to senior Khan. The practice of running scripts by the family started with Bodyguard and continued with Kick.
Says a source, “Salman’s new method of work does seem highhanded to a few and even Sooraj isn’t too happy with the arrangement. But to have someone like Salim saab look at it only helps everybody. He has immense experience in the field and Salman has immense faith in his father.”
