Tulluru jinxed, claim protesters

Vijayawada: Is Tulluru mandal, location of the AP capital, jinxed for Chief Ministers? Some of those who are protesting against the capital location seem to believe so.

They claim that four CMs Kasu Brahmananda Reddy, Tanguturi Anjaiah, N.T. Rama Rao and K. Rosaiah had lost their jobs immediately after visiting Tulluru.

They contend that the  capital’s ‘vaastu’ may not be enough to ward off the jinx.

TD activist Mallikarjuna Rao of Lingayapalem, however, said, “Those who are opposed to setting up the capital at Tulluru are trying to sow seeds of suspicion through such nonsense.”
