Samsung recently unveiled the Galaxy Note 4, the latest offering from its series of phablets, and as they say, it gets bigger and better. Samsung has maintained the 5.7-inch screen size for the Note 4 like its predecessor, but with an improved Quad HD (2560x1440 pixels) Super AMOLED display.

If you’re OK with using a stylus ( not everyone is!), you will  feel at home with this one.  Samsung has packed in a lot of features in its  S-Pen, which makes you feel like you are writing on paper. Moreover, there is an Air Command feature, which can be activated by clicking the button on the S-Pen. This selection allows you to take screenshots, highlight text, and copy images. As its name suggests, note taking is the heart of this device and there are multiple ways you can record your thoughts for posterit, even getting  ideas down  with the Voice Memo.

For the selfie-crazed world, the Note 4 features a heart rate sensor at the rear side of the camera, which allows you to easily take selfies by tapping on it.  You can also take group selfies with the Wide ( 120 degree) Selfie mode and stitch  shots together for that really big group.  With a 16 megapixel front and 3 megapixel rear ( selfie) camera, the Note 4  improves your photos with functions such as Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS), extended exposure time, selective focus, etc.

Weighing just 176 grams, it is on the lighter side, but you still need two hands to navigate it.

With Andorid KitKat 4.4 OS and Snapdragon 805 processor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 packs a lot of punch,  and  yes, it's 4G  ready, for the asking price of Rs 58,300 -- you can knock a thousand  rupees off by careful online shopping.
