Sampath ropes in Ravi Teja

Hyderabad: Sampath Nandi will direct Ravi Teja in his next film. Ravi Teja was impressed with the story narrated by Sampath Nandi and agreed to do the film. “Once I complete Kick 2, I will move on to this film,” says Ravi Teja.

Sampath Nandi made his debut as director with the successful film Emayindi Ee Vela, and became famous with his second film Racha where he directed a big star like Ram Charan. The films went on to be super successful and Sampath Nandi became a sought-after director.

After Racha, Sampath Nandi was to direct Pawan Kalyan for Gabbar Singh 2, but the film was delayed due to the actor’s hectic political schedule along with other activities. In the meantime, Sampath Nandi produced Gaalipatam, which was also successful.

Now, after a gap of two years, he is back to direct again, and with Ravi Teja he is sure to get into the top league of Tollywood directors.
