Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday described Telangana government’s first budget as one in tune with the aspirations of the people. Finance minister Etala Rajender called it a budget with a human face, and one that fulfils aspirations of all sections of society.

It gives top priority to welfare, agriculture and lays the road map for development of the state.

“The budget is inspired by the Telangana movement and goes with the TRS manifesto. I am really happy with the budget. It is comprehensive and the allocations covers all sections of people and all sectors. This budget is first step toward the goal of Bangaru Telangana,” the CM said.

The Chief Minister complimented the finance minister and finance department for the inspiring budget.
