New Delhi: It appears that the Sunday’s blast at Wagah border in Pakistan was aimed to be executed close to the went horribly wrong as the explosion was to be executed close to the Indian side of the flag ceremony.

Initial information with the Indian intelligence agencies has revealed that a section of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence and the Pakistani Rangers may well have been involved in the conspiracy also to inflict maximum damage closer to the Indian side.

But the human bomb exploded close to the entry point to the venue as he apparently could not gain access to the exact spot where the ceremony is held.

Since it was a fidayeen attack sources said the possibility is that the bomber would have triggered the explosive while running into the Indian territory.

Sources said that the initial probe has confirmed, “that the conduct of some of the Pak Rangers on Sunday were suspicious.”
