Samsung Galaxy Note Edge will be in India by year end

Online media reports mentioned that India will see the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge by December 2014 or early 2015. Additionally, the upcoming phones for the Indian market in 2015 include Samsung Galaxy Grand 3 and Galaxy S6.
The company recently launched the Galaxy A3 and A5 and is also planning to unveil the A7 for the China market. However, media reports speculate that the Galaxy A-series may launch in India too. According to a report on Mobiletor, Galaxy Note Edge is expected to launch in India as early as December 2014.
The Galaxy Note Edge phablet features a 5.6-inch (1600 x 2560 pixel) AMOLED display, which comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The touchscreen is also coupled with an additional (160 pixel) edge display and its pixel density measures around 524ppi. You will be able to receive notifications on the edge display of the phablet, even if the screen is locked.
Powered by a Snapdragon processor with 3GB of RAM, Samsung Galaxy Note Edge runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. The company claims that users can get notifications even while watching videos without disturbing their viewing.
On its camera front, the device sports a 16MP rear shooter/3.7MP front-facing camera. Samsung’s new Galaxy Note Edge may arrive in two versions-16GB and 32GB. The phablet weighs around 174 grams and is fuelled with a Li-ion 3000 mAh battery.
The additional display on the right edge of the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is what makes the appearance look more appealing, as it can be considered as a new eye catching design in the Indian market.
