Amitabh Bachchan to help ailing fan

The actor is currently in Kolkata shooting for Shoojit Sircar's 'Piku'

Kolkata:  Amitabh Bachchan is not called the superstar of the millennium for nothing. In a career spanning almost five decades, Amitabh Bachchan has achieved super stardom and has always been humble enough to acknowledge the people who helped him along the way. Stories of his fans, going out on a limb to prove their love never fail to amuse us. However, recently Bachchan encountered a fan in Kolkata whose fanaticism is nothing out of the ordinary.
 
 Amitabh Bachchan is keen to providesome assistance to an admirer of him, who has scripted the megastar's name all over his body. Bachchan, 72, is currently shooting in Kolkata for his
upcoming film 'Piku' and met the crazy fan while he visited an institution near his shooting location.
 
 
"I think the person with the 'Amitabh' scripted all over him has a problem... I think he has an ailment and he needs 
help... "I saw him in the crowd trying to attract my attention, but security was too tight... I shall investigate and see if I can be of some assistance... He gave some documents to security of his medical examinations... I must see them...," Bachchan posted on his blog.
The 'Yudh' star also paid a humble tribute to his admirers, who had been waiting in large numbers to get a 
glimpse of their favourite actor.
 
 
"I pay respects to those that suffer the uncomfortable wait for us through the day and night ... It is essential that I do... They are, will be and shall always be them that create
and make us...," he added.
