The probe report specifies that Srinivasan and four other BCCI officials were aware of the violation of the Players Code of Conduct by Individual 3, but no action was taken against Individual 3 by any of the officials who were aware of this infraction. However, it’s not clear whether the Individual 3 is under scanner for the violation during the IPL or during any other tournament.

According to highly placed sources, the Individual no. 3 is Suresh Raina. No evidence of betting or fixing has been found against the Indian batsman. It also could not be proved whether it was a honey-trap when the girl was spotted in his room during India’s tour of Sri Lanka in 2010. However, N. Srinivasan, who was a secretary then, didn’t take action against him for violating the Players Code of Conduct.
