Jolla may unveil new Sailfish OS tablet on November 19

Jolla has set out its new teaser, which hints at the launch of the mystery device scheduled for November 19, 2014. The official website of Jolla just has made an announcement stating ‘Something Big is about to begin’. Media reports speculate that the company may unveil a new tablet or large screen smartphone, which runs on the newly introduced Sailfish Operating system.

The Jolla smartphone, powered by Sailfish OS was introduced to the public in Finland in late-November 2013. Currently, Jolla smartphones are available all over Europe, and also in Hong Kong and India.

Recently, Jolla entered the Indian smartphone market with its 4.5-incher Sailfish OS handset. Powered by 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor and coupled with 1GB of RAM, its in-built storage capacity is 16GB. The gesture-based navigation feature on this handset supports around 85,000 Android apps.
