Thiruvananthapuram: Suspended PWD Secretary T O Sooraj has followed in the footsteps of controversial media celebrities, Sarita Nair and Biju Ramesh, threatening to spill the beans on their alleged tormentors.

Mr Sooraj, who has long been suspected for controversial decisions and had faced a Vigilance recommendation for suspension, on Saturday gleefully encountered the media, saying that if pushed to the wall he would name “reputed leaders”.

This gave the impression that he was reconciled to the suspension but would blow the lid if he subjected to further action. “I don’t want to say anything further, for now”, he told the media, hinting that he would open up later, if need me.

The same tactic had been used by solar scam accused Saritha Nair.  who had threatened to take on deceitful allies through an affidavit or intimidating interviews.

Mr Biju Ramesh threatened self-exile if he anyone dared to disprove him in the bargate. The latest: he had soft-pedalled on his own charges, hinting that funds given to Finance Minister K M Mani were benign election contribution.
