Los Angeles: Robin Williams’ 63-acre property in Napa is on the market at a price of $25.9 million.The estate, featuring rolling hills, olive trees and a working vineyard was listed in 2012 for $35 million and became available again earlier this year for $29.9 million, according to listing website Zillow, said The Hollywood Reporter.
The 20,000-square-foot, three-story main house has five bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a screening room and climate- controlled storage for wine and art. There is also a four-bedroom caretaker's house nearby.
Outdoor amenities include infinity and lap pools, a nine-stall horse barn, tennis court, hiking trails and a spring-fed pond for bass fishing. Williams named the estate Villa Sorriso (Villa of Smiles). The comedian died of a suicide at the age of 63 on August 11 at his home in Tiburon, California.
