Andhra Pradesh shortlists 8 capital consultants
PAMC to guide government in selecting new master plan
Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh government will finalise the Project Advisory and Management Consultant (PAMC) for the capital city project in the second week of December.
The Infrastructure Corporation of AP has short listed eight consortia and they have been asked to submit their technical and financial bids.
The PAMC will guide the government in the selection of the master plan for the new capital as Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu wants the Spatial Concept Master Plan for the capital in nine months.
The eight consortia will also meet Singapore senior minister S. Iswaran and Singapore’s Centre for Liveable Cities Executive Director Khoo Teng Chye who are visiting Andhra Pradesh on December 8 and December 9 respectively in connection with the preparation of the master plan for the capital city.
The Andhra Pradesh government will finalise the Consultant Project Advisory and Management Consultant) for the capital city after this meeting.
ASCI will help the Andhra Pradesh government i.e. INCAP in the evaluation of technical bids.
