K Chandrasekhar Rao to discuss civic issues with all parties
The government has decided to invite all political parties, legislators and MPs
Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has convened an all party meet to discuss civic and other issues pertaining to Hyderabad city on December 9.
“The all party meeting has been convened to discuss improving civic amenities, especially in slums, development of Hussiansagar, construction of a new Vinayaksagar below Tank Band near Indira Park and other issues,” a government spokesman said.
The government has decided to invite all political parties, legislators and MPs and others to seek their opinion on the issue.
A decision was also taken to provide two acres of prime government land in Banjara Hills Road No 10 for construction of Banjara Bhavan and Komaram Bheem Bhavan respectively on one acre each for Banjaras and Adivasis.
The Chief Minister has already decided to set up Kala Bhavan near Indira Park on 11 acres.
He instructed senior IAS officer B.P. Acharya to hire a good architect to design the buildings. He also instructed officials to speed up Kaloji Kala Kshetram at Warangal.
