Telugu producer Nandamuri Janakiram dies in a fatal car accident

The producer of rushed to hospital but succumbed to his injuries

Hyderabad: In a horrible car accident Telugu producer, Nandamuri Janakiram, grandson of late Andra Pradesh CM N.T. Ram Rao's, lost his life.  According to the cops, Nandamuri's car hit a tractor near Akupamala village in Mungadal mandal of Nalgonda district on Saturday.

After the collision, he was seriously injured and was rushed to the nearest hospital. However, he succumbed to the injuries.



No one was present with him in the car and he was on the driver's seat. He was on his way to Vijayawada.


Janakiram, who was a noted film producer, was the son of Former MP and Telugu Desam Party leader, Nandamuri Harikrishna and is survived by his wife and son. 

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan Reddy offered condolences on the sudden demise of Nandamuri Janakiram. Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu, who is brother-in-law of Janakiram’s father Nandamuri Harikrishna, also expressed grief and offered condolences to the family.
