Moto G (1st gen) to receive Android Lollipop 5.0 this month

The Moto G (2^nd gen) is already running on the latest version of the Android operating system, the Lollipop 5.0. According to Mobileburn, soon even the older version of Moto G is expected to receive the update. However, the exact dates have not been mentioned.

Though Moto G (1^st gen) is a year old device, it will easily support the latest Android OS, as it features almost the same specs as the newer model. The Moto G (1^st gen) is powered by a Qualcomm  Snapdragon 400 with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage.
