Vidhu Vinod Chopra's 'Broken Horses' teaser trailer out on December 19

Mumbai: Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Hollywood film 'Broken Horses' deals with the bonds of brotherhood, the laws of loyalty, and the futility of violence and is set in the shadows of the US-Mexico border gang wars. Chopra and Abhijat Joshi (PK, 3 Idiots, Lage Raho Munnabhai, Mission Kashmir) co-wrote the script based on an original story by the director. Broken Horses is set to release on April 10.

The teaser trailer of Broken Horses is set to launch in cinemas worldwide on 19th Dec, as part of the Aamir Khan starrer 'P.K' . According to Fox Star Studios, which is marketing and distributing Broken Horses in India, the move will enable the widest possible sampling ever by an Indian audience for a Hollywood film, given that P.K. is opening to a record number of screens.

Broken Horses marks acclaimed filmmaker Chopra’s Hollywood directorial debut, in a career spanning over three decades and several critically acclaimed and commercially successful films such as Parinda, 1942: A Love Story, Parineeta, Mission Kashmir, 3 idiots and the Munna Bhai series.  It also marks the first time that an Indian filmmaker has written, produced and directed a mainstream Hollywood film.  Reliance Entertainment is presenting the film together with Vinod Chopra Films.
 
The film's cast features Vincent D'Onofrio (Men In Black), Anton Yelchin (Star Trek) and Chris Marquette besides popular Spanish actress, Maria Valverde (Exodus), Thomas Jane, and Sean Patrick Flanery.
