TRS leader, driver hurt in mishap
The police tried to cover up the issue by not booking any case
Hyderabad: A TRS leader and his car driver were injured in a mishap faced by Home minister Nayan Narasimha Reddy’s convoy on road number 12 in Banjara Hills on Thursday. Mutta Gopal, who had been accompanying the minister suffered injuries on his right hand fingers and chest. He and his driver were shifted to NIMS hospital.
Sources said Gopal’s vehicle was behind a car that stopped suddenly on road number 12. “When the car ahead stopped this car dashed against it. Gopal, who was sitting in the front hit his chest and right hand on the dashboard and windshield. His driver also suffered a minor injury,” said a source.
The police tried to cover up the issue by not booking any case. Police sources said there were no complaints.
