Chandrababu Naidu offers NRI doctors free darshan for their services

Doctors body will provide free services at medical college

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has offered doctors of the Telugu Association of North America free darshan in exchange of free service.

TANA representatives met the CM on Thursday at his residence and handed over Rs 2 crore for the CM’s relief fund. Addressing TANA representatives, the CM said if TANA medical experts extend free service at the Sri Venkateswara Medical Institute of Sciences for one week, the government will ensure free darshan for them.

TANA representatives have accepted the proposal. Mr Naidu has also requested TANA to help in skill development of the rural youth in the state.

He said that TANA will extend the funds for skill development. The CM also requested NRIs to extend support in education, medicine, science and technology. TANA has also been requested to adopt villages and wards in the state to build a “Smart Andhra Pradesh”.
