Los Angeles: Singer Miley Cyrus has stripped down to show support for a movement that aims to end the 'media's glorification of violence and repression of nudity'. Cyrus, 22, posted her topless picture on Instagram, reported E! Online.

Late last year, Cyrus posted a similar photo and gave a shout-out to the cause. Rumer Willis, Scout Willis, Lena Dunham and Liv Tyler have also expressed their support for the equality movement that 'stands against female oppression and censorship' while helping to 'empower women across the world'.
