Shopping festival 'Numaish' to begin in Hyderabad from Jan 1

About 2,500 stalls have been allotted this year

Hyderabad: The 75th All India Industrial Exhibition, 2015 will get underway here from  January 1.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will inaugurate the 46-day shopping event, popularly known as 'Numaish' along with the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations of the Exhibition Society, Telangana Finance Minister and Exhibition Society President Eatala Rajender told reporters here.

About 2,500 stalls have been allotted this year including State and Central Government Departments and PSUs besides Corporate and MNCs are participating in the fourth coming exhibition, he said.

The Exhibition Society has developed Exhibition App for the benefit of the visitors to the exhibition and public.

Information regarding the exhibition will be available on Exhibition App, through which the visitors to the exhibition and public outside using mobile phone will be able to know about the events, stall participating and their locations.

The Chief Minister will unveil the painting of Platinum Jubilee depicting the important events of the society pertaning to the period from 1938 to till date, Rajender said.
