New Delhi: The suspected movement of Lashkar-e Tayyaba patron Hafiz Saeed or his commanders has been noticed by the Border Security Force at the Pakistan Rangers’ border outpost (BOP) across Samba sector in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday night, keeping the border guarding forces on high alert.

Though there has been no firing by the Pakistan Rangers along the international border in the last 24 hours, the BSF noticed vehicular movement at the Pakistan outpost at Sukhmal followed by slogans saying “Hafiz Saeed zindabad” just 500 metres across the Indian BOP in Samba sector, raising suspicion that either top LeT commanders or Saeed himself was present there.
