Microsoft rolls out super-budget handset, Nokia 215
Nokia 215 supports up to 32GB storage capacity via microSD
Microsoft has unveiled the Nokia 215, which falls under the super-budget handset category. The Microsoft Nokia 215 device features a 2.4-inch display, supports up to 32GB storage capacity via microSD card and is fuelled with 1,100-mAh battery.
Along with the EDGE connectivity support, apps like Opera Mini browser, Bing search, MSN Weather, Twitter and Facebook Messenger have been pre-installed in this device. It also offers up to 50 hours of MP3 playback time and 45 hours of FM.
Microsoft claims that the battery of its Nokia 215 smartphone offers up to 20 hours of talk time, and 29 days on standby mode.
Nokia 215 single and dual-SIM variants will be available in Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe for $29. The estimated price of the Nokia 215 device in the Indian market is Rs 1,836.35.
