Watch: Amitabh Bachchan, Dhanush, Akshara in the unconventional 'Shamitabh' trailer

Mumbai: The highly anticipated trailer of the Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Shamitabh’ is finally out. After ‘Cheeni Kum’ and ‘Paa’, Amitabh and R Balki have teamed up once again. The film also features Dhanush and marks the debut of Akshara Haasan.

The makers initially released an only-audio trailer, something that has never been done before in Bollywood.

The trailer leaves you with the question, ‘who is Shamitabh?’ If you observe closely, ‘Shamitabh’ is a ‘mixture’, just as Amitabh Bachchan says in the trailer.

The ‘sh’ is derived from the last two letters of Dhanush’s name, followed by Amitabh. The film is scheduled to release on February 6. Check out the trailer here.
