ASUS teases new slim EeeBook

ASUS is gearing up for its upcoming launch of a new EeeBook, which will be announced in India by the end of January 2015. The company has teased a poster, which shows a pink back panel of the EeeBook.

Media reports speculate that the Windows 8.1 EeeBook X205 device will feature a 11.6-inch display and be powered by a Intel Bay Trail-T quad-core processor. IBNLive also reported that the Windows EeeBook will offer 2GB of RAM and 32GB eMMC storage capacity.

There have been no official announcements about the market price of the EeeBook yet. However, reports state that the Asus EeeBook X205 is expected to be priced between Rs 15,000 and Rs 20,000.
