CM Chandrasekhar Rao to handover house documents to slum dwellers
KCR promises to turn Warangal city slums into posh areas

Warangal: After the Chief Minister’s visit to the slum areas in Warangal East constituency on Friday, the officials began survey of slums where Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao promised new homes to all the slum dwellers.
In Laxmipuram, 60 special teams including MLA Konda Surekha and joint collector Pausumi Basu and tahsildar Ravi conducted survey collecting details of the family members in each household and the government benefits the family is receiving and those who did not receive. In Guruprasad Nagar, 18 teams were deployed. The Chief Minister will visit these areas again on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Mr Rao carried his inspection of slums the second day too. On Friday, Mr Rao inspected slum areas in Warangal East constituency. He inspected, Dindayalnagar, Jitender Singhnagar and Bhagat Singhnagar and interacted with the slum dwellers.
As the residents of the slums put forward their grievances, the CM patiently listened and discussed their problems. He promised new houses to all the slum dwellers and pensions to those whose names were missing from the list. The CM said G+1 houses will be built which accommodates two families.
