Kolkata: A crude bomb kept in a bag exploded near the Dum Dum cantonment station on Saturday, leaving two children injured. A bomb disposal squad was rushed to the spot as there were two more bombs inside the bag found at the cantonment's railway gate number 2.

Safiq and Saharukh were playing with the  abandoned bag they found. As they unzipped the bag and found a tiffin box inside, they tried to open it and exploded, injuring them. The two injured kids have been rushed to the R.G. Kar Medical College Hospital. There was no impact on train movement, railway sources said.
