SIT to quiz Shashi Tharoor in Sunanda Pushkar murder case: Delhi Police
Bassi further said the samples of Sunanda's viscera will be send abroad
New Delhi: Delhi Police Commissioner B.S. Bassi on Friday said the Special Investigation Team (SIT) will very soon question former union minister Shashi Tharoor with regard to the murder case of his wife Sunanada Pushkar.
"In the next couple of days, we will want to complete interrogation of key persons in the case and very soon SIT will question him (Shashi Tharoor)," Bassi said.
"Whenever we interrogate a person, some facts get revealed. We will proceed keeping in view all that and come to a conclusion," he added.
Bassi further said the samples of Sunanda's viscera will be send abroad. According to reports, the Delhi Police has questioned the crew of an Air India flight on which Tharoor and his wife Sunanda fought publicly a year ago.

Sunanda, who married Tharoor in 2010, had checked into The Leela Hotel in Chanakyapuri a day before her death on January 17, 2014.
Tharoor's aides said the couple had checked into the luxury hotel because of renovation work at his Delhi bungalow. Prior to her death, Sunanda was embroiled in a spat with Pakistan-based journalist, Mehr Tarar, whom she accused of stalking her husband.
