Bail for Gali Janardhan Reddy’s brother-in-law B V Srinivas Reddy

The judge directed the petitioner to submit two sureties of Rs 10 lakh each

Hyderabad: Justice M. Seetharama Murti of the Hyderabad High Court granted conditional bail to B.V. Srinivas Reddy, brother-in-law of mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy. He is one of the accused in the Obulapuram Mining Company illegal mining case.
 
The judge directed the petitioner to submit two sureties of Rs 10 lakh each, to surrender his passport and not to leave the country without permission from the trial court. Besides, he should appear  at every hearing.
