Gautam Gulati plans to consider film offers post his Bigg Boss win

Mumbai: Gautam Gulati who has been popular with the audience right since the beginning of Bigg Boss 8, walked away with the winners trophy of Bigg Boss 8 and Halla Bol. Speaking to us after the win an ecstatic Gautam says, “The only thing going on in my mind throughout the finale was that I wanted to see my mom on stage, holding that trophy. She has brought my brother Mohit and me up as a single parent. Till we were with my dad we had everything but after that mom suffered a lot during our growing up years. Maine thaan li thi, unhe trophy dilake rahunga.”

So how does he plan to celebrate his feat? “ My family is in Delhi and they have been busy distributing sweets, after my win. I will be visiting Delhi in a month and will throw a grand party for family in friend there.”

On the show, Gautam often complained of feeling isolated when other contestants refused to interact with him. “Yes the others has cornered me, who insaaniyat naam ki cheez bhool gaye. I have never felt so isolated because in the outside world I have always had someone to speak to and share my thoughts. That was a very unhappy phase and I’m glad I overcame it and emerged winner.”

So what will he miss most about the house? “I will miss the cameras most. I kissed all the cameras before leaving the house, they are the ones who made me a star, they were my best friends. I was so touched that when I came out, the camera persons told me that I was their favourite. Everytime I suffered, they cried for me.”

Speaking about his popular P3G (Pritam, Praneet, Puneet, Gautam) group and his much talked about relationship with Diandra, he says, “I will definitely be in touch with all of them, although there have been some misunderstandings and problems in between. A lot of them approached me at the finale saying that they were wrong in how they treated me. Maaf kar dene mein hi bhalai hai. As for Diandra she will always be a friend. We never considered dating each other but she’s a nice girl.”

The actor inform us that he plans to take a break from TV and try his luck in Hollywood next. “My film had gone to the Cannes film festival and I’m in touch with Hollywood people. I have been getting Bollywood offers too, that I will consider now. If I get good work in Hollywood, then great, otherwise Bollywood toh mil hi jayega.”
